Gladstone Systems Solutions (GSS) is a systems engineering, training solutions and software development organization based in St. John's, Newfoundland (NL).

GSS was established in March 2009 to develop and deliver advanced solutions to improve the effectiveness and operational safety of the off‐shore oil and gas sector and to deliver specialized aerospace and defence capabilities that leverage unique opportunities within NL. GSS is privately held by Keith Gladstone, the founder of Gladstone Aerospace Consulting (GAC).

Gladstone System Solutions is developing night vision blended training solutions that integrate self paced courseware and practice in advanced synthetic environments, following the latest Instructional Systems Design methodologies. All basic system knowledge is imparted through Computer Based Training (CBT) modules available anywhere there is an internet connection and available 24/7. Synthetic Training environments such as interactive 3d procedures for technicians, or NVG compatible virtual terrain projection allows personnel to reinforce knowledge and gain experience without reliance on expensive equipment that is logistically challenging to schedule around operations.
